SUMMARY


This position will develop strategies and campaigns to support site traffic growth and customer acquisition through SEO, SEM and other direct response initiatives.




RESPONSIBILITIES



+ Paid Search Strategy and Implementation


+ SEO Strategy and Implementation


+ Affiliates and Partnerships


+ New acquisition opportunities


+ Overall acquisition analysis and modeling





QUALIFICATIONS



+ 3+ years of digital marketing experience


+ 3+ years of experience leading and managing SEO and SEM campaigns


+ Experience managing affiliates and other digital partnerships


+ Ability determine and execute digital marketing KPIs and ongoing reporting


+ Knowledge of customer attribution strategies for campaign optimization


+ Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GSC)


+ Keyword research and competitor analysis with the proven ability to create marketing direction based on research


+ Strong technical SEO and the ability to crawl, find errors or opportunities.


+ 3-5 years working in an Omnichannel/eCommerce environment.
