# Scope of Job
Responsible for managing, planning and coordinating all of the assigned clinic administrative and operational functions associated with School of Medicine clinical practice at multiple small or one large site. Responsible for day to day clinical, administrative, educational, community and financial operations. Oversees operational quality, patient satisfaction, patient relations, personnel management, and inventory control for all current and future sites.
# Description of Duties
* Coordinates clinic and community operations and activities to ensure efficiency and quality service is delivered within all sections of the clinic and related community; ensuring compliance with regulations and standards with day to day managing, planning and coordination at all sites.
* Manages and participates in education of non-clinic personnel.
* Manages non-clinical personnel. Objectively evaluates/documents performance of personnel and takes corrective action as appropriate.
* Works with administration to develop/modify/supply, personnel, capital equipment, and special program budgets.
* Monitors revenue and expense budgets on an on-going basis and takes appropriate action to ensure practice is within budget guidelines.
* Ensures appropriate information and data is gathered and transmitted in support of billing functions and other required reporting and assists with annual budget preparation.
* Serves as point of contact for patient and community relations. Reconciles and communicates all complaints and concerns relating to center operations.
* Manages office supplies and ensures the ordering of needed supplies to maintain inventory.
* Maintains documentation as required by regulatory agencies, policies, and procedures.
* Represents program/project in official functions. Attends meetings, conferences, and seminars related to the program's mission and goal.
* Supervises and organizes seminars, conferences, and presentations.
* Develops, cultivates, and maintains working relationships with internal/external departments/agencies/communities and other organizations associated with and/or receiving benefit from the program.
* Coordinates maintenance and repairs of clinic area, equipment, and instruments.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
# Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or related field from an accredited university.
# Working Conditions
Needs to be able to successfully perform all required duties. Office Environment; some travel and weekend work is required.
